After unpacking and getting ready to finally go to get something to eat the phone rang.
She yelled that I didn't have to stay there and I had enough of her abuse! I called her a name and left the desk. She was rude, grouchy, abrupt and uncaring. What a mistake!!! Manager Monique is the most obnoxious person I've ever spoken to. Well, it turned out the room wasn't ready until 6:30 pm! Asked to speak with manager. When I finally reached the counter they said my room wasn't cleaned yet. Clerk didn't even look up and yelled check in is at 3 pm.
